Explorer introduces you to the solutions, where Villager helped you understand the problems.
This tier shows you the core strategies: Highly Effective Accountability, Character Connections, Structured Day, and Accountability Projects. You'll learn what each one is, why it exists, and which specific problems it's designed to solve.
Explorer isn't about implementing these strategies. It's about understanding them and getting everyone on the same page. Explorer allows everyone to develop the same understanding of what the strategies are, as we as why and when to use them. So when you're ready to implement, you know exactly what you're building and why it works.

NAVIGATOR - Strategy Implementation
For individuals who are in charge of day-to-day implementation
Explorer develops an understanding of the strategies. If you are the person in charge of implementation, you need to learn how to execute them with fidelity.
Navigator teaches you what to do, the decision points, and sequencing. How to set up a Structured Day that actually works, how to design an Accountability Project that teaches behavior, and how to run Character Connections establishes the conditions for behavior to change.
Navigator assumes you already understand WHY these strategies exist. Now you're learning how to execute them correctly.
What you'll be able to do: Implement LTV strategies the way they're meant to be used. Learn to stick to the process and avoid the temptation to cut corners. That's how you get results.

AMBASSADOR - Leadership & System
For teams in charge of training or implementing at a school or district level
Navigator is for those in charge of doing the work themselves, where Ambassador is for those in charge of implementation and training others to do it too.
Ambassador is for teams (administrators, counselors, coaches, department leads, etc.) that are in charge of implementation and have to train others, troubleshoot when things go wrong, and make sure people aren't cutting corners or turning these strategies back into consequences.
Ambassador focuses on building your capacity to build others’ capacity. Adapting strategies and catching when people are just going through the motions.
What you'll be able to do: Train and coach others through implementation. Spot when someone's doing it wrong and correct it. Adapt strategies for your system without breaking how they work.
