Learning Hub
This is the central access point for member learning, resources, and ongoing professional work.
Members use this space to revisit ideas, access tools, and support application over time—whether that work happens in a classroom, across a team, or at a broader system level.
What you see below reflects your current level of access. If a section does not appear after you click through, it simply means it is not part of your membership at this time.
How to Use the Learning Hub
Members use this space in different ways depending on their role and responsibilities.
Common uses include:
Revisiting ideas after trying them in real settings
Clarifying how a framework, tool, or approach was intended to be applied
Accessing resources that support ongoing classroom, team, or leadership work
Returning to materials when similar situations resurface over time
You are not expected to complete everything at once. This hub supports sustained, real-world work—not one-time completion.

VILLAGER - Problem Identification
Start here if you're new to LTV
You're writing the same kids up for the same things over and over. You've tried consequences. You've tried parent calls. You've tried being stricter and being more flexible. Nothing's working.
Here's why: You're treating all misbehavior like it's the same problem. It's not.
Villager teaches you the Tier 1/2/3 classification system—the diagnostic tool that shows you why Marcus responds to a warning, but Jayla doesn't. Why do some kids change after one conversation, and others keep coming back no matter what you do?
What you'll be able to do: Look at a discipline referral and correctly identify whether it's Tier 1, 2, or 3. Explain why your current consequences work for some students but create expensive repetition with others.
Price: $15/month (individual only)
What you get: The foundational language and perspective shifts that everything else builds on
EXPLORER - Solution Identification
This is the flagship—most people stay here
Now you can see the problem clearly. Explorer shows you the solutions.
This tier introduces the core strategies: Highly Effective Accountability, Character Connections, Structured Day, Accountability Projects. You'll learn what each one is, why it exists, and which specific problems it's designed to solve.
Explorer isn't about doing these strategies yet. It's about understanding them—so when you're ready to implement, you know exactly what you're building and why it works.
What you'll be able to do: Explain how each LTV strategy works and which types of behavior problems it addresses. Recognize when a situation calls for Structured Day versus Character Connections versus an Accountability Project.
Price: $450/year (individual) OR $7,500-60,000 (school/district licensing)
What you get: All Villager content plus complete framework instruction across four pathways (Teacher, Behavior Support Staff, Administrator, Parent)

NAVIGATOR - Strategy Implementation
For people who have to actually do this in their building
You understand the strategies. Now you need to learn how to execute them with fidelity.
Navigator teaches you the mechanics. The decision points. The sequencing. How to set up Structured Day so it actually works. How to design an Accountability Project that changes behavior instead of just keeping a kid busy. How to run Character Connections without it turning into counseling.
This tier assumes you already know WHY these strategies exist. Now you're learning to do them correctly.
What you'll be able to do: Implement LTV strategies on your own with fidelity to how they're designed to work.
Price: $1,500/year (individual only)
What you get: All Villager + Explorer content plus detailed implementation training
AMBASSADOR - Leadership & System
For people training others or running this at a building or district level
You're not just implementing these strategies yourself. You're responsible for getting other people to implement them correctly.
Ambassador is for coaches, department leads, administrators—anyone who has to train others, troubleshoot when things go wrong, and make sure people aren't cutting corners or turning these strategies back into suppression.
This tier focuses on building other people's capacity. Adapting strategies for your specific context. Evaluating whether someone's actually doing it right or just going through the motions.
What you'll be able to do: Train and coach others through implementation. Spot when someone's doing it wrong and correct it. Adapt strategies for your system without breaking how they work.
Price: $2,500/year (individual) OR $10,000/year (team of 5) OR $25,000/year (cohort of 20)
What you get: Everything from Villager, Explorer, and Navigator plus leadership implementation resources
